ROCK V1 Network Compatibility

Before purchasing ROCK V1, please confirm that its supported network bands are compatible with your local carrier.

Mobile network availability, VoLTE, messaging, mobile data and application compatibility depend on third-party carriers and service providers. Matching frequency bands do not guarantee carrier certification or access to every network feature.

APEX Performance

Video quality, stabilization, battery life, recording time, Wi-Fi performance and waterproof protection may vary depending on settings, accessories, environmental conditions and usage.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase products under these Terms.

An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when:

  • We confirm that it has been shipped; or
  • We otherwise expressly confirm acceptance

We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product or stock unavailability
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Payment failure
  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The price and currency shown during checkout are the amounts charged by YACDELO, excluding fees separately imposed by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • We may submit the transaction for authorization and payment

Taxes collected by YACDELO will be displayed in the order summary.

Depending on the destination, the recipient may also be responsible for import duties, customs-clearance fees, local taxes or other charges that were not collected during checkout.

7. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Order processing and delivery are governed by our Shipping Guide.

Product returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty service are governed by our Warranty & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

8. Software, Firmware and Applications

YACDELO products may include:

  • Software updates
  • Access to the YACDELO CAM app
  • Other digital features or services

YACDELO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use this software with compatible YACDELO products for its intended purpose.

Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you must not:

  • Copy or redistribute the software
  • Sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit it
  • Reverse engineer or decompile it
  • Modify or create derivative versions
  • Circumvent security or access restrictions
  • Use it with unauthorized products or services

We may release updates to improve functionality, compatibility, reliability or security.

Third-party applications, platforms and online services are governed by their own terms and policies. YACDELO does not control and is not responsible for the continued availability or functionality of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The following content is owned by or licensed to YACDELO and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws:

  • The YACDELO name and logos
  • Product names and branding
  • Website design and layout
  • Product photographs and videos
  • Text, graphics and marketing materials
  • Software, firmware and applications
  • Manuals and technical documentation

You may view and use this content only for personal and lawful purposes connected with the website or your YACDELO product.

No ownership right or licence is granted except for the limited rights expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Reviews and User Content
