Yacdelo Technology ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Yacdelo CAM mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

By using Yacdelo CAM, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Email address — required to create an account and sign in.
• Password — stored as a one-way cryptographic hash; we never see your plain-text password.
• Feedback content — if you submit feedback through the App, we collect the subject, description, category, optional order number, and your email address so we can respond.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — model, Android version, and app version, used only for debugging crash reports.
• Download history — records of files you downloaded from your camera, stored on our server to support resume and deduplication.

1.3 Information Stored Only on Your Device

• Files (photos and videos) downloaded from your camera are saved to your device's Gallery (DCIM/YacdeloCam). These files are never uploaded to our servers.
• WiFi network names (SSIDs) used to connect to your camera are handled by Android's system WiFi APIs and never leave your device.
• Authentication tokens are stored in Android's SharedPreferences on your device only.

2. Permissions We Request

You can revoke any permission at any time in Android Settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate you when you sign in
• Respond to your feedback and support requests
• Improve the App by analyzing aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns
• Prevent fraud and abuse

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

• All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
• Our backend is hosted on Railway (railway.app) with access controls
• We retain your account data only as long as your account is active

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data (email, password)
• Delete your account and all associated data (see Section 6)
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

6. Account Deletion

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open Yacdelo CAM
2. Tap the "More" tab
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all the following data will be permanently deleted immediately:

• User account (email, hashed password)
• Linked device records
• Feedback history
• Download history records (the actual photos/videos on your device are not affected — those remain in your Gallery)

Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the App, email us at support@yacdelo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Yacdelo CAM is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States (Railway). By using the App, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.

This policy is provided in English. Translations are available on request but the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.
