At Yacdelo we respect your right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
📱 Option 1 — Delete In-AppFastest, takes seconds
Open Yacdelo CAM on your Android device
Sign in if you aren't already
Tap the "More" tab at the bottom
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm on the dialog
✅ Your account will be deleted immediately.
✉️ Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email
If you can't access the app, send us an email:
To:support@yacdelo.com Subject: Account Deletion Request Body: Please include the email address you used to register.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Photos and videos saved to your phone's Gallery
These are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Delete them manually from your Gallery app if desired.
Aggregated anonymous analytics
Cannot be linked back to you; retained for service quality.
⚠️ Can I reactivate a deleted account?
No. Account deletion is permanent. If you want to use Yacdelo CAM again, you will need to create a new account with the same or different email address.
